9. Quality control

Quality control of the finished product is carried out by qualified personnel in specially equipped production laboratories.

The drinks are checked against specfied quality and safety parameters, all within a strictly defined period of time.

Did you know?

  • There are two labs at the plant: physical-chemical, where CO2 level, sugar content, taste, colour, density and other parameters are checked, and a microbiological lab, where the microbiological indicators of the drink are checked
  • Every 30 minutes, a quality control department member using a “blind sampling” method, takes one bottle from the line to do the necessary quality tests
  • For microbiological tests, only single-use and sterile glassware (test-glass, Petri dish, dropping tube, funnels, filters) is used
