The bottling process is carried out automatically by a machine called a filler.
Each bottle is filled with a strictly specified volume of drink. Once the bottle is filled, a cap is screwed on, pressure-tight.
Did you know?
- Bottles go through a quality sorter that checks the filling level for a cap. If a bottle does not meet the standard, the boxer automatically pushes it off the conveyor belt
- The filler speed ranges from 12,000 two-litre bottles an hour to 30,000 0.5-litre bottles per hour. The drink temperature during bottling is 15°С
- Before bottling, the bottle caps are thoroughly rinsed (PET), or sterilised (APET)
- It takes four seconds to fill a two-litre bottle
