Athens, Greece – 4 July 2011 – Coca‑Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca‑Cola Hellenic, the Group) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Dimitris Lois to the position of Group Chief Executive Officer effective July 4, 2011. Mr Lois is succeeding Doros Constantinou who earlier this year announced his retirement.

Coca‑Cola Hellenic and the Coca‑Cola Export Corporation have announced that a competition will be held in Russia to find the most original design for the famous “contour bottle”. The title of the competition will be “Coca‑Cola – 125 Happy Years”.
The ceremony of the Russian Contest of Junior Water Prize finalists awarding was hold at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment at Moscow on April, 21. General Director of Coca‑Cola Hellenic in Russia Stefanos Vafeidis and Deputy of Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Simon Levy attended the ceremony. This year 75 finalists represented 72 Russian regions. The winners are two schoolchildren from Tatarstan. They will represent our country at the International Stockholm Junior Water Prize (Stockholm Junior Water Prize). The second place was awarded to the boys from the Rostov region, and third place went to a schoolgirl from Tula region.

(Coca‑Cola Hellenic, the Group) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Dimitris Lois to succeed Doros Constantinou who will be retiring as the Group’s Chief Executive Officer later this year.
