Coca‑Cola Hellenic announced the appointment of Stephan-Maria Weber to the newly created position of Commercial Director. Mr. Weber’s responsibilities will include aligning Operations and supportive commercial functions, developing and implementing strategies with partners, and accelerating the development of Commercial Capabilities. Since 2008, the company has been awarding its best-performing suppliers of the company based on the internal annual supplier assessment results. The assessment process which is held every three months is transparent and measures key performance indicators.
On May 8, 2011, Coca‑Cola celebrated its 125th anniversary. To commemorate this historic moment, celebratory events were held around the world. In Russia, the anniversary was marked by a traveling exhibition which told the history of Coca‑Cola and a 125 Happy Years contest for the best Coca‑Cola contour bottle design.
13 December 2011 – The Coca‑Cola Hellenic Christmas Caravan, featuring 60 brightly decorated trucks departs today on a month-long journey through 47 Russian cities, bringing festive cheer to communities and thousands of young people in 63 orphanages and rehabilitation centers.
